Description: Hello all!! I wasn't sure what to title this one - so let me explain here! My idea was to shoot some more close up visuals than I usually do, focusing on items and toys that were easy to follow with the eye but repetitive enough to relax to and zone out :) Almost like meditating with your eyes open! So I combined some background sounds and a written meditation! This written meditation was a joint effort between myself and Lauren - you can find her here! (twitter.com/Laurenwritesyt) The themes cover positive affirmations and self-love, validation, mindfulness, gratitude, allowing ourselves to NOT always be productive, allowing ourselves to be comfortable with being gentle in our own expectations of ourselves, and allowing ourselves to rest. Then there is some light breathing and visualization, with a full body check-in and relaxation. Feel free to follow along with my thoughts, or simply use my voice as an extra sound/presence for your relaxation!
